As parents, we witness our children face numerous challenges throughout their lives, and it is in these moments that we find ourselves playing the role of the unwavering cheerleader, ready to support and encourage them to overcome their fears. For me, that moment came every year during the first two weeks of school when my oldest son, Vance, struggled to adapt to change.
