Our family, just like yours, has experienced its fair share of transitions and new beginnings. Our oldest son, Vance, has embarked on his journey into the working world as a heavy machinery operator. His passion for this line of work has been unwavering since he was a toddler. However, finding the right employer has been a challenging journey. Our middle son, Liam, has been navigating the world of part-time jobs while balancing school and activities. Recently, he started a school/work program, which has opened up new opportunities and experiences for him. As for me, I recently made a significant career change, leaving a job I loved as a pediatric nurse due to a misalignment of values with my employer.
