Do you have pets? Do your kids have pets?

Saying good bye is one of the hardest things you'll ever have to help them do.  Not only is the loss of your pet hard on you, but now you have to tell your little ones.  My boys are older now and have been through many of losses but its never easy.  They do understand life, how it works, and the loss.  The one thing I do always remind them, we are blessed to have pets in our life, they add joy and love.  When you have a rough/bad day, the first one to greet you is your loving dog.  They have been waiting all day and have saved up all their love for you....Every good dog needs a kiddo to love.  If you are dealing with the loss of a pet, I wish comfort in your heart, my mom always said the best way to heal the heart of a lossed pet is to add another soon....that may not be professional advise nor a possbility but make sure your little knows our lives are so blessed with the love of a pet, the loss hurts but its a trade-off for the love for so many years of the pet....
