Kids are the BEST! They say the BEST things.....

Do you agree? I've been a nurse for 22yrs now, always the beginning of life kinda nurse.  I've felt those nurses who can be with patients and their loved ones at the end of life have such a huge heart, but its never been for me, me I'm more of a newborn/toddler kinda nurse, bring on the babies. 

I always find it funny when a new nurse comes to our area at work (my other job) and they are scared to death of the babies and toddlers, want no part of it, guys they are just tiny humans, thats all and if you listen to them, you will be blown away with what they have to say....

Tiny Talk Tuesday, kids just have the best things to say.  I haven't decieded if I enjoy the toddler or the pre-teen conversations more, each one has a different goal or fucus...how about you? Do you have any fun things your children have told you about? Would love to hear it.

A few of my favorites:  My oldest when he was a toddler, called his "flip-flops" tattoos, don't ask me why, but thats what they were. 

My middle son, currently finds it fun to tell me when I ask How was your day, or how did the test go, hows your grade in...."marginal" lol thats his word 

yougest once told me when shopping for new car "its a want not a need" yes, yes son you were and still are correct, it was a want.  Guess he might have heard that one before, not sure LOL
